System analysis is the process of determining the need, searching the market for the software and/or hardware that can meet the need and then evaluating the choices. Most evaluation is done in CSA's office.
We meet with the client to get a full understanding of the task(s). We then research for available resources to meet the need and the cost of those resources. We evaluate the choices as to the initial cost, the cost to implement and long term costs. We then present the findings to the client in easy to understand terms along with our recommendations. |
